WALT: use time words in a recount
SC: I can highlight 5 time words I have used in my recount
Instructions: You must write a recount about what you did last week for EOTC week.
A recount is a story about something that has already happened - something in the past.
In recounts, we use words like
- First
- Next
- Then
- Afterwards
- Before
- Later on
- And days of the week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Your task is to write a recount about your week. You can add pictures if you want to.

On Tuesday we went to mini golf. First, we were put in group at school there were teachers and parents i was in mrs ashley group the girls were only me and maria the teachers and parents they were the kids groups. After that we all went on the bus to the minigolf .Then we got there and hop off the bus and we to the the guy that work he give us mini balls and golf stick and we started off so we part 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 so when we all went all to the parts. Then we had something to eat and two people had to count the points who ever had the least number they won.Afterwards we hop on the bus and back to school. Before we got there and we got back to learning we were writing what we did so we wrote about mini golf.Later on we were putting photo on and different care of ones and got our bags to go home and thank our parents thank you for coming to the etco week it was fun with you and give them a hug for coming and reporting for us also we had great time,good,fun,greatest day,goodest score in mini golf and a nice day for it.
